This a new recipe which i learnt from DI in Mumbai..
Time Required: 20 mins
Ingredients:
Oil as per need
2 bowls Tomato puree with some garlic.
1 Capsicum
1/2 cauliflower
2 potatoes
2 onion finely chopped
2 Green chillies
4 tsp of Pav bhaji masala
salt as per taste
Method:
Boil all vegetables in cooker. Have some oil in a pot. Add finely chopped onions when oil is heated. Stir onions till they become brown. Add tomato and garlic paste. Cook it till oil separates then add pav bhaji masala. Stir it and add boiled
vegetables and stir till they mix well.. Garish with coriander, butter and chopped onion. Heat Pav with some butter and eat with prepared bhaji :) njoy...
