Oil pulling?? Do u noe? have u ever heared this term?? NO.. Actually i have also not known it till recently i find a article over it..
A brief Introduction:
Oil pulling is a traditional Indian folk remedy which removes toxins from blood. It is very good for good health.
Method:
It is very easy.. :)
The practitioner rinses their mouth with approximately one tablespoon of oil (sesame and sunflower oils are the most recommended) for 15–20 minutes on an empty stomach, for example first thing in the morning, before eating/drinking, then spits it out.
This process makes oil thoroughly mixed with saliva. As the process continues, the oil gets thinner and white. The oil is put in the mouth, with chin tilted up, and slowly swished, sucked, chomped and pulled through the teeth. The oil changes from yellow and oily consistency to a thin, white foam before spitting out. If the oil is still yellow, it has not been pulled long enough. It is then spat from the mouth, the oral cavity is then thoroughly rinsed and washed with normal tap water and fingers or tooth brush. This procedure is typically performed daily.

It is documented and practically proven that the spitted oil-saliva mixture contains many toxins. So it helps to remove the toxin and results in better health.
I am doing oil pulling since last 4 days.. I feel my teeths become whitter and stronger and also my acne is reducing.. Will continue it :)

It was raining heavily outside. Dark clouds gathered in the sky and nature was in its ominous best. I took a break from my work and went to the pantry to grab a cup of coffee. I had a sip and went near the window to see the rain pouring down heavily outside the glass structure. I was inside our huge office building, unruffled by even the fierceness of the nature.
Through the heavy transparent glass, I could see a small girl trying to hold on to her umbrella which the wind was snatching away from her. I felt sorry for the girl, and was happy that I was not in a similar pathetic situation. Yes. I take pride for the fact that I am a software engineer. I have everything which a common man would envy; money, status, respect, you name it I have it. I always wanted to be software professional and here I am, working for one of the best firms in the world. But then, am I really happy? Now, I could see an imprint of my palm on the other glass window, through which I reminisced my past, basked in the warmth of the sun shine. My childhood was so much of fun. I vividly remember those rainy days, when I hugged my mother tightly during sleeping listening to all the stories told by her. Now, I have a big house here, but then it is just a house, not a home. My parents are pretty far away from me now. I have a cell phone to talk to them every day, but then I really miss those dinners which I had with my family every day. I could easily afford to taste all the different cuisines these days, but the best of food there, lack the love and affection which is present in the food prepared by my mother. I threw a lavish party for my colleagues for my birthday, but then they would never replace the birthdays when my friends secretly brought a cake and at the end, half of the cake would have ended up on my face. The couple of hundred bucks that u save for a long period just to give a treat to your friends in the road side chat shop can never give the pleasure even after spending a few thousand bucks these days. The scene of me crying and refusing to have dinner on the day when I fought with my best friend came to my mind. Today, she has gone far away from me, taking away my love and with it my life, but I am sitting and coding here with a false smile on my face. Every day I meet new people, but then I long ceased to make a new friend.
It's true that I have a lot of things now. I have a nice bed, but no time to sleep. Lots of money, but no friends to spend it with. The latest designer clothes, but a worn out body . Awards for technical excellence, but no reward for the crave for peaceful ambience. A confident demeanor, but a reluctant and apathetic mind. Full of rain, but no sunshine even in the farthest distance. Now, I could see the small girl on the road enjoying in the rain with her umbrella firmly in her grip. She might not have all the comforts which I have, but then she has the innocence and fun which I lost a long time back. I have decided to come out of this false fantasy, even if it is at the expense of losing the tap of the software engineer. I am going to again enjoy my life. I am going to go out in the rain and play with the small kid now. I removed my tie, and went near my computer to shut it down. Just then, I saw a new mail alert in my mail box. I slowly opened outlook and I found a message from my manager with an attachment saying that there was a critical defect in the code and I have to fix it soon. I convinced myself that I am not going to get bogged down again by these pressures and stick to my decision. I ignored the mail and went to the rest room. After a couple of minutes, the software engineer in me came out, his shirt tucked in with the perfect tie knot, sat before the computer, and started typing,
Hi XYZ,
I am looking into the defect and will send the patch files before EOD.
Regards,
Software Engineer.
I m still in thoughts..

One day I decided to quit....

One day I decided to quit...
I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality... I wanted to quit my life.
I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.
"God", I said. "Can you give me one good reason not to quit?"
His answer surprised me...
"Look around", He said. "Do you see the fern and the bamboo?"
"Yes", I replied.
When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water.
The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.
In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful. And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said.
"In the third year, there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In the fourth year, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. "I would not quit." He said.

"Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant... But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.
It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle." He said to me. "Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots."

"I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you. " Don't compare yourself to others .." He said. " The bamboo had a different purpose than the fern .... Yet, they both make the forest beautiful."
Your time will come, " God said to me. " You will rise high! " How high should I rise?" I asked..
How high will the bamboo rise?" He asked in return.
"As high as it can? " I questioned.
" Yes. " He said, "Give me glory by rising as high as you can. "
I left the forest and bring back this story.

I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you.
He will never give up on you.
Never regret a day in your life.
Good days give you happiness
Bad days give you experiences;

Both are essential to life.

A happy and meaningful life requires our continuous input and creativity. It does not happen by chance. It happens because of our choices and actions. And each day we are given new opportunities to choose and act and, in doing so, we create our own unique journey." Keep going...
Happiness keeps you Sweet,
Trials keep you Strong, Sorrows keep you Human,
Failures keep you humble , Success keeps You Glowing, but Only God keeps You Going!

Stay Motivated and Dont quit :)

Are there medicines to treat novel H1N1 infection?

Yes. CDC recommends the use of oseltamivir or zanamivir for the treatment and/or prevention of infection with novel H1N1 flu virus. Antiviral drugs are prescription medicines (pills, liquid or an inhaled powder) that fight against the flu by keeping flu viruses from reproducing in your body. If you get sick, antiviral drugs can make your illness milder and make you feel better faster. They may also prevent serious flu complications. Recently i read a book 'The Secret'. It tells about a secret by which a person can achieve anything like money, car, house, health etc.. This world works on the law of attraction. This concept is also used in OSO and Alchemist. :)

"Itni shidaat se main tumhe paane ki koshish ki hai,
hi har zaare ne mujhe tumse milane ki saazish ki hai.Kehte hain ki ......
Agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaaho
to puri kayanat usey tumse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai."

What is the secret?

You attract everything that happens to you in your life by virtue of your self talk, the images in your mind, and your emotions.

As per the secret u can get anything you want to attract in ur life juz by adjusting ur thinking at a frequency which will attract that particular thing in ur life like a radio works.

There are three steps to implement the secret:

1. Ask:

State your wish that u want. It should something very specific like ur perfect weight or ur perfect home or ur soul mate.

2. Believe:

You have to have faith that whatever u asked for, will be granted to u. Focus your thoughts and your language on what it is you want to attract. You want to feel the feeling of really 'knowing' that what you desire is on its way to you, even if you have to trick yourself into believing it – do it.

3. Receive:

Pay attention to your intuitive messages, synchronicities, signs from the Universe to help you along the way as assurance you are on the 'right' path. As you align yourself with the Universe and open yourself up to receiving, the very thing you are wanting to manifest will show up. you have to act as if u already received it which will speed the process to manifest it in real world.

It sounds wired but use ur imagination to make believe that ur receiving that will speed the process of converting invisible into visible. Your actions should not contradict with what u have asked for.

Stay focused and u should njoy doing so then only u will attract the desired thing.

For more info Read the secret.. :) Nice Read and a motivator for me

Be Motivated

Pyar Ke Pal
(written by: K.K)
Hum, rahen ya na rahen kal
Kal yaad aayenge ke ye pal
Pal, ye hain pyar ke pal
Chal, aa mere sang chal
Chal, soche kya Chhoti si, hai zindagi
Kal, mil jaaye to hogi khush-naseebi

Hum rahen ya na rahen yaad aayenge ye pal

Hum rahen ya na rahen kal
Kal, yaad aayenge ye pal
Pal, ye hain pyar ke pal
Chal, aa mere sang chal
Chal, soche kya Chhoti si, hai zindagi
Kal, mil jaaye to hogi khush-naseebi

Hum rahen ya na rahen yaad aayenge ye pal

Shaam ka aanchal, odh ke aayee dekho woh raat suhani
Aa likh dein hum dono milke apni ye prem kahani

Hum rahen ya na rahen yaad aayenge ye pal
Aane waali subah jaane rang kya laaye deewanee,
Meri chaahat ko rakh lena jaise koi nishani
Hum rahen ya na rahen yaad aayenge ye pal

Hum rahen ya na rahen kal Kal, yaad aayenge ye pal
Pal, ye hain pyar ke pal
Chal, aa mere sang chal
Chal, soche kya chhoti si hai zindagi
Kal mil jaaye to hogi khush-naseebi

Hum rahen ya na rahen yaad aayenge ye pal
Hum rahen ya na rahen yaad aayenge ye pal

Today i was reading 'http://www.iamthankful.com/everyday-gratefulness/gratitude-beautyand-the-art-of-appreciation'. This link triggered my thought process.
In 'THE SECRET' gratitude is mentioned as a key component of the secret.
Gratitude is extremely powerful and can’t be activated unless consciously practiced every day of our lives. It can turn a sour mood into a joyous one, make us laugh at our own silly shortcomings, and open our hearts up to increased appreciation of all that surrounds us. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out… it just takes willingness.
U can make a gratitude journal in which each day write the things u are thankful for OR u can keep a gratitude stone in ur pocket. whenever u touch it think about a thing u are grateful for and say 'Thank You'.
By doing so u will realize how rich ur life is. Even if u r worried about something, when u look at ur ” thankful” list ur worries will fade. IT helps to focus on what is bringing happiness in each day so u can create more of those moments in ur life.
Gratitude can change your life!

I get a wonderful text on internet.. which i adore!!
Think Positive!!
This is nice - finding positive out of every negative -
which we don'talways manage to do.
I am thankful...
1. For the husband who snores all night, because he is at home asleepwith me and not with someone else.
2. For my teenage daughter who is complaining about doing dishes, because that means she is at home & not on the streets.
3. For the taxes that I pay because it means that I am employed.
4. For the mess to clean after a party because it means that I havebeen surrounded by friends.
5. For the clothes that fit a little too snug because it means I haveenough to eat.
6. For my shadow that watches me work because it means I am out in thesunshine.
7. For a floor that needs mopping, and windows that need cleaningbecause it means I have a home.
8. For all the complaining I hear about the government because itmeans that we have freedom of speech.
9. For the parking spot I find at the far end of the parking lotbecause it means I am capable of walking and that I have been blessed with transportation.
10. For the noise I have to bear from my neighbours because it meansthat I can hear.
11. For the pile of laundry and ironing because it means I haveclothes to wear.
12. For weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day because itmeans I have been capable of working hard.
13. For the alarm that goes off in the early morning hours because itmeans that I am still alive.
AND FINALLY ....... for received e-mails because it means I have friends who are thinking of me, at least.
